Co founder and Co Director of Physiological Measurements. Has worked with athletes for over 20 years. Gained his Masters in Clinical Cardiology from the University Of Sussex. Jon's passion is the holistic nature of sports performance and rehabilitation.
Dr Ray Shah
Sport and Exercise Medicine Medical experience for International Teams, cycling, former International rower. Special interests in injury prevention, rehabilitation, diabetes and nutrition and exercise prescription.
Rebecca Jones MSc
Determination and enthusiasm are the two main factors that have driven Rebecca to succeed in supporting individuals to achieve their goals in health and wellbeing. Having achieved an MSc in Health Promotion from University of Chester she has worked for the past 12 years nationally and internationally in improving individual�s health through nutrition and exercise programs.

The main focus of Rebecca�s work has been nutrition related currently furthering her knowledge and skills by undertaking a second Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science. In her leisure time Rebecca enjoys running, yoga and desperately trying to learn French!
Dr Chris Tomlinson
An experienced Sports and Musculoskeletal Physician. He gained his Diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine in 2005, and a Masters in the same subject in 2010. He spent 8 years working in professional football with Shrewsbury Town, and 7 years working in international youth football with the FA. He has also travelled with teams for UK Athletics and the British Olympic Association.

Chris currently works at the English Institute of Sport, and is Chief Medical Officer to Archery GB. He will also be working at the 2012 London Olympics as a LOCOG volunteer.

His interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, and joint and soft tissue injection therapies.
Amrish Vasdev MSc
Amrish is the owner of AV Performance Consultancy and is also Sports Science & Nutrition Consultant with PML The Lab where both work with each other's new and existing clients. Having studied Sports Science BSc at Brunel University before furthering his education with a Sports Physiology MSc at Liverpool John Moores, Amrish adheres to a research-driven approach to ensure that all clients reap the rewards of his knowledge and experience.

He has previously worked at Lucozade Sport and Notts County FC in Sports Science roles and consults professional athletes in various sports. In addition, Amrish also works with the clients who have general health and fitness goals and encourages positive lifestyle habits to maintain results. His interests include nutrition and physiology where he also has a keen interest in both boxing and football.
