Successful sporting performance requires athletes to obtain and combine numerous physiological characteristics ranging from the basic requirements of strength and power to specific areas of flexibility and injury robustness. At The Lab we ensure that we work with an athlete with a sport specific approachand assess athletes position requirements and the specific areas that they need to improve on.

The Lab offers the latest Strength and Conditioning equipment, including free weights, resistance equipment, an Olympic weight lifting platform, as well as utilising video analysis, movement screening, and power/strength testing equipment to test, train and monitor improvements.

The Lab specialises in the prehabilitation and prevention of sporting injuries and works closely with physiotherapists and physiologists to ensure that the athlete is optimised in terms of injury prevention and in the event of injury returns to training and competition in optimal condition.
